Supervised Child Visitation - Information for providers

The Riverside Superior Court provides a Supervised Visitation Referral list as a public service to our court users. The Riverside Superior Court does not recommend or endorse any provider on the referral list. (Disclaimer)

If you are a supervised visitation provider and want to qualify for the court’s referral list, you must meet the qualifications of a provider as outlined in Standard 5.20, Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation and Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5.  In addition, you must be willing to certify, on an annual basis under penalty of perjury, that you have received the training identified under Standard 5.20(d)(2), Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5(d)(1), and meet all of the standards set forth in the Standards of Judicial Administration 5.20.

If you are interested in being included on the Supervised Visitation Referral list and you meet the training and qualifications under Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5 and the Standards of Judicial Administration 5.20, complete the Court’s Supervised Visitation Annual Declaration and Provider Information Sheet.
