Supervised Child Visitation - Information for providers

The Riverside Superior Court provides a Supervised Child Visitation Provider Resource List for professional providers as a public service to our court users. The Riverside Superior Court does not recommend or endorse any provider on the resource list. (Disclaimer)

If you are a professional supervised child visitation provider and want to qualify for the court’s resource list, you must meet the qualifications of a professional supervised child visitation provider as outlined in Standard 5.20, Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation and Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5.  In addition, you must be willing to certify, on an annual basis under penalty of perjury, that you have received the training identified under Standard 5.20(d)(2), Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5(d)(1), and meet all of the standards set forth in the Standards of Judicial Administration 5.20.

If you are interested in being included on the court's resource list and you meet the training and qualifications under Cal. Fam. Code § 3200.5 and the Standards of Judicial Administration 5.20, please submit a completed Supervised Visitation Provider Annual Declaration and Provider Information Sheet to the following:
