Direct Fax Filing Information

Documents must be filed at the courthouse where the case is pending (Reference Guide on Where to File). Parties may elect to directly fax file documents at the correct court location pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 2.304.

Parties electing to directly fax file documents have two options:

NOTE: If you are not an annual registered user, by default, the court will charge $1.50 per page to fax file.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express may be used to pay the $125 registration fee or the $1.50 per page for the fax-filing program.

A 'Facsimile Transmission Cover Sheet' must accompany each facsimile filing.
