Receipt of Annual
Allocation of Trial Court Budget After Enactment of the Budget Act
The Riverside County Superior Court was notified by the
Administrative Office of the Courts that its allocation for Fiscal Year
2006-07 (July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007) will be $76,730,958, barring any
subsequent reductions made pursuant to Judicial Council actions
throughout the fiscal year.
The
Court budget will cover expenses of staff salary and benefits;
operations in traffic, criminal, civil, probate, family law, and
juvenile courts; court security; court appointed counsel; jury services;
and other mandated costs.
