  • Receipt of Annual Allocation of the Trial Court Budget After Enactment of the Budget Act
  • The Riverside County Superior Court was notified by the Judicial Council of its ongoing allocation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023), barring any subsequent reductions made pursuant to Council actions throughout the fiscal year.

    The Court budget will cover expenses of staff salary and benefits; operations in traffic, criminal, civil, probate, family law, and juvenile courts; court security; court appointed juvenile dependency counsel; jury services; and other mandated costs.

Effective January 1, 2010, Rule 10.500 of the California Rules of Court sets forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records maintained by the state trial and appellate courts, the Judicial Council, and the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
