Riverside County Superior Court offers a service that allows subscribers to receive automatic e-mail notifications when a hearing is scheduled or a document is filed in civil and criminal cases. The service will eliminate the need to manually inquire regarding actions taking place on these cases.
Individuals, law firms, and organizations can subscribe to an annual account to track civil and criminal cases of interest.
E-mail notification will be provided on the next business day each time hearings are scheduled or documents are filed.
When viewing a case through the court’s Public Access program, an icon/link will appear at the top of the case report that enables the user to subscribe and follow the case. The first time a case is selected for tracking, the user will be instructed to either log on or create an account if they do not already have one. Once logged in the user can select one of two options for their subscription service.
Subscription fees are paid through use of a credit card.
Second and subsequent cases chosen for tracking will add to the customer’s list and notifications will be provided on all selected cases. Notifications will be sent to one e-mail address per subscription. You may also change the cases you subscribe to at any time but you cannot subscribe to more cases than were initially purchased.
Please note that family law, probate and juvenile cases are excluded from this program.
The court accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in order to enroll. A receipt with a confirmation number is sent via email upon subscription.
