Request Civil Motion Date

Use this program to request your motion hearing date if the department where your case is assigned accepts requests.

You will be charged the applicable first paper or motion fee, a $30 court reporter fee (if there is a court reporter assigned to your department), or a $20 postponement fee at the time you file the paperwork with the court.

To expedite your motion filing, place the appropriate court request number (e.g. RES XXXX) on each motion being submitted.
