Riverside Superior Court is transitioning to a new case management system

on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for criminal and traffic. Please be advised that several systems (e.g., Public Access, Judicial Access, Genesis, eFiling, CRS, IVR, and ePayIt) will be unavailable from Friday, 01/17/2025 5:00 pm to Tuesday, 01/21/2025 8:00 am PST. 

Reduced Services:

Due to a reduction in state funding, the court will reduce services one day per month from January to June 2025. Click here to see the full list of Reduced Services Dates.

On Friday, January 17, 2025, the court will only be open for limited services and hearings. Click here for more information. 

Notice:

The Online Copy Request, Certified Copy Request, and Request Records Search programs will no longer be available as of Thursday, January 16th, at 5:00 PM.

To file a complaint of bias in court interactions based on protected classifications, as listed in (b)(1) of above Standard, please proceed as follows:

Complaints about court employees should be sent:
