Effective November 8, 2021, livestreaming services will be within judicial discretion if a courtroom is otherwise physically open to the public. Therefore, not all public hearings may be livestreamed.
Effective July 19, 2021, the court discontinued the practice of scheduling all in-custody arraignments (also known as last day arraignments) at the Banning Justice Center. The in-custody arraignment calendars are now heard in each court of jurisdiction (see the Administrative Order (pdf ) to determine the correct location).
In-custody arraignment calendars are generally heard at 1:30 p.m. You may search Court Calendars (Criminal & Traffic Countywide) by Date & Department on the Court’s website to locate the applicable department for livestreaming. The calendar will be posted by Noon on the day of the hearing so please allow time for processing. For further assistance, please contact the Criminal Call Center at (951) 777-3147 (phone).
