Where Cases are Heard

Reference Guide

Case Hearing Locations

To determine at which court facility your documents should be filed, refer to the list of case prefixes.

Please note that occasionally cases are moved to another region for the convenience of the court or the parties. In those instances, documents should be filed in the court facility where your case is heard - which may be different than the prefix assigned to the case. The register of actions can be reviewed to determine the courtroom or department where your case is heard and the reference guide indicates the facility where each courtroom or department is located.
