Receipt of Annual Allocation of the Trial Court Budget After Enactment of the Budget Act
The Riverside County Superior Court was notified by the Judicial Council of its ongoing allocation for Fiscal Year 2023-24 (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024), barring any subsequent reductions made pursuant to Council actions throughout the fiscal year.
The Court budget will cover expenses of staff salary and benefits; operations in traffic, criminal, civil, probate, family law, and juvenile courts; court security; court appointed juvenile dependency counsel; jury services; and other mandated costs.

Posting of Court’s Proposed FY 22-23 Budget for Public Comment
