Riverside Superior Court is transitioning to a new case management system

on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for criminal and traffic. Please be advised that several systems (e.g., Public Access, Judicial Access, Genesis, eFiling, CRS, IVR, and ePayIt) will be unavailable from Friday, 01/17/2025 5:00 pm to Tuesday, 01/21/2025 8:00 am PST. 

Reduced Services:

Due to a reduction in state funding, the court will reduce services one day per month from January to June 2025. Click here to see the full list of Reduced Services Dates.

Public Access

New Case Management System

Riverside Superior Court is transitioning to a new case management system on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for criminal and traffic. Riverside Public Access (RPA) will no longer be available to view cases or calendars. In anticipation of the transition, you can now register/sign-in to the Public Portal. The Public Portal allows access to Riverside Superior Court case information for probate, family law, civil, and after 1/21/25, criminal and traffic cases, including the index, register of actions and calendar information. Information available on the Public Portal, including document access, is limited to what the California Rules of Court, rules 2.500 et. seq. allow.

If you cannot find the court record you are searching for, it may be because it has been purged/removed from the database. The Riverside Superior Court routinely purges court records pursuant to Government Code Section 68152.

Note: Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) cases are confidential for the first sixty (60) days and cannot be viewed. However, Court Rule (1161.2(a)) provides for access to such cases by interested parties who can, at a minimum, provide one plaintiffs name, one defendants name and the property address.
