Note: Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) cases are confidential for the first sixty (60) days and cannot be viewed. However, Court Rule (1161.2(a)) provides for access to such cases by interested parties who can, at a minimum, provide one plaintiffs name, one defendants name and the property address.

$1 per page for the first 5 pages and, $.50 per page for each additional page (per document) with a cap of $50 per document (GC §68150(h)).
