Court Web Chat
The Riverside Superior Court’s web chat allows the court’s customers the ability to communicate in real-time with a court clerk to ask questions they may have regarding their case.
Court staff cannot provide you legal advice about your case. Staff can provide general information about court rules, procedures, and practices (see the MC-800 (external site pdf).
Due to limited staffing resources, web chat services are currently available only for the Civil, Family Law, Jury, Juvenile, Probate, Criminal, and Traffic areas of the court. You can reach assistance services for all areas by calling our call center at: 951-777-3147 (phone).
Hours of Availability
- Court Web Chat Hours: 7:30AM-2:00PM Monday-Friday excluding court holidays or closure days.
- Court Chatbot Hours: 24/7 Availability.
Areas of Law Available in Court Web Chat
The court will not accept attachments through the web chat service; if documents are sent they will be discarded. If you would like to file a document with the court online, please click here for Civil eFiling. For all other case types, please click here for the eSubmit Document Submission Portal.
The court is pleased to provide online services to assist you with your case, search court records, request copies of court records, or access the court’s online Self-Help Center.
