There is no fee to use the computers, or any assistance provided by court staff. There is no charge for viewing documents. However, you may need to pay for copies and court filing fees at the clerk’s office. For copies of court records, see the court's Fee Schedule.

Equal Access Policy
The court has adopted an Equal Access / Immigration Enforcement Activities Policy (pdf ) pursuant to Government Code § 7284.8(a) (external site ). Government Code § 7284.8(a) requires that the Attorney General publish model policies "limiting assistance with immigration enforcement to the fullest extent possible consistent with federal and state law" for courts to ensure that "[court facilities] remain safe and accessible to all California residents regardless of immigration status."
The court's policy adopts the provisions required by the Attorney General's model policies. The court's Equal Access / Immigration Enforcement Activities Policy (pdf ), issued September 16, 2020, is available on the court's website.
