Administrative Order - Electronic Filing
The eSubmit program allows court customers to electronically deliver documents in appeals, family law, probate, juvenile, criminal and traffic cases to the court securely via the Internet.
Beginning January 1, 2022, eSubmit will no longer be available for unlimited civil, limited civil, unlawful detainers and small claims cases. Documents in civil case types can be submitted via eFiling through an electronic filing service provider (EFSP).
Documents submitted via eSubmit must be in non-editable Portable Document Format (PDF) and cannot exceed 50MB each. The program will request information required for processing and allow documents to be uploaded and transmitted to the selected court. The documents will be received by the selected court and processed electronically.
