ECD Notifications Terms and Conditions

1. Standard text messaging rates will apply. Check with your provider for cost details on your specific text plan.
2. I authorize the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside to send me electronic notification regarding payments due by me pursuant to my payment agreement. The electronic reminders will be sent approximately five (5) calendar days before the due date and there is no charge by the Court for this courtesy notice.
3. I understand that it is solely my responsibility to make payments in the correct amount and by the set due date each month according to my payment agreement with the Court. I also understand that due to circumstances beyond the Court's control, electronic notices may not always be deliverable or delivered in a timely manner.
4. The Court reserves the right to discontinue sending electronic notification reminders at any time.
5. I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that I am the person responsible for the court case(s) associated with the collection number and name I entered, and the related payment plan(s) for which I am requesting electronic notification.
