Riverside Superior Court is transitioning to a new case management system

on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for criminal and traffic. Please be advised that several systems (e.g., Public Access, Judicial Access, Genesis, eFiling, CRS, IVR, and ePayIt) will be unavailable from Friday, 01/17/2025 5:00 pm to Tuesday, 01/21/2025 8:00 am PST. 

Reduced Services:

Due to a reduction in state funding, the court will reduce services one day per month from January to June 2025. Click here to see the full list of Reduced Services Dates.

On Friday, January 17, 2025, the court will only be open for limited services and hearings. Click here for more information. 

Notice:

The Online Copy Request, Certified Copy Request, and Request Records Search programs will no longer be available as of Thursday, January 16th, at 5:00 PM.

Pooling arrangements have been ordered by Judge O.G. Magno for all hearings in the above entitled cases held in Department 41. See court order. Pooling arrangements must be made directly between members of the media. On the day of the hearing, pooled media must report to the courtroom and follow the instruction of the courtroom deputy. If you are not a pooled reporter, you may be allowed into the courtroom as a spectator without any recording equipment, however seating will be limited so please plan accordingly. Please follow instruction by the courtroom deputy. The courtroom does not provide space within the courthouse to stage media equipment. Entry into the courthouse will be directed by the Sheriff's Office as appropriate. Full screening requirements apply. Case status may be obtained by going to the Online Services tab of the court's website.
