Consumer Rights Clinic

This CONSUMER RIGHTS CLINIC is provided by Inland County Legal Services in partnership with Riverside Superior Court. https://www.inlandlegal.org/get-help/consumer/

ICLS is available for virtual appointments on Tuesdays.

Participants must: 

  • Provide information about income and property to qualify for help.
  • Have a copy of the complaint or the court case number.
  • Have any records of public assistance you get

  • ICLS will help with an answer to the lawsuit.
  • ICLS will demand records from the people suing you.
  • ICLS will try to negotiate a settlement or dismissal of the case.
  • ICLS CANNOT promise you will win.

We can assist with the following civil matters:

  • Residential Evictions
  • Consumer Debt
  • Name Changes
  • Small Claims
  • Civil Harassments
  • Expungements

To receive assistance, the forms must have parties’ names, addresses, case number, and must be about 80% complete.

ATTN: SERVICES ARE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY, AS SPACE IS LIMITED.

Unlawful Detainer Clinic (Tenant only)

This Unlawful Detainer Clinic is provided by Inland County Legal Services in partnership with Riverside Superior Court.   https://www.inlandlegal.org/get-help/housing/ 

ICLS is available for in-person assistance to those who qualify. ICLS requires an application and approval for legal services.

Please note: the clinic's services are on a first come, first served basis. Please come as early as possible as services are not guaranteed.

You only have 5 days to respond with an "answer" to your eviction paperwork, or you risk losing your case automatically.

Mondays - Moreno Valley Courthouse - 13800 Heacock St #D201, Moreno Valley, CA 92553

Thursdays - Corona Courthouse - 505 S Buena Vista Ave, Corona, CA 92882

Hours:  9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Sign in at the lobby. Do not pull a ticket number from the kiosk to receive assistance.
