Once you are done watching the video, you can contact Self-Help by emailing workshop@riverside.courts.ca.gov or calling (951) 274-4499 to obtain forms discussed in the video or for assistance with additional questions you may have about the process. Our phone hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Noon), excluding court holidays.

In-Person Services
On-site services available at specific courthouses.
Assistance is available in Murrieta, Riverside, and Palms Springs at the dates and times listed on the Probate Self Help Services Calendar.
We can assist with the following Probate matters:
- Terminations, Visitations and Objections.
- Information on Notice requirements.
- Legal Education for Deficiencies.
- Referrals and Resources for next steps.
This clinic is not meant for opening new cases.
This clinic is not meant for assistance in Accounting. Please contact Riverside Legal Aid for this matter.
Attention: Services are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early, as space is limited.
Assistance is available in Corona, Indio, Menifee, and Palms Springs at the dates and times listed on the Probate Self Help Services Calendar.
Self-Help Legal Services staff will be available to provide brief services which include explaining available resources, providing access to local and state forms and scheduling one-on-one forms review appointments, workshops or other services.
Services will be available between 8:00am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 3:45pm.
- Services are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please arrive early, as space may be limited.
- Services are only available to litigants who do not have an attorney.
- Court staff cannot provide legal advice.
- No attorney-client relationship is established through Self Help Legal Services.

Riverside County Law Library provides access to legal research assistance and resources including Westlaw, LexisNexis, Nolo self-help guidebooks, treatises, and more. Law library staff help to facilitate access to legal information and can assist with recommending resources from their collection but cannot provide legal advice or guidance.
